This is the airport I choose when I can. Clean, well set up and easy to get on or out. The flights to the DC area generally set up where you go into or out of, but I found BWI to be the best. The people who work there are extremely nice and helpful, including those working for another airline. Baggage claim is quick and easy. Parking was a breeze - I was able to park very close to the terminal entrance/exit. The drive to and from the airport can be a bit of an issue with DC traffic, but you have to choose your poison when visiting the area.

Good small airport with plenty of seating. Convenient uber an lyft pick up location.

PERFECT. Quite the best airport in DC, for regional flights!I know it's International, but the only international flight is to London.Clean, friendly, easy to get around.

The new Southwest domestic terminal is very nice.  A lot more food options and a few shopping choices from what I recall my last time here over 10 years ago. Customer service for check-in was fast and actually very friendly. We used long-term parking on this trip, as I have a couple times in the past, and it's never been an issue. Very convenient and reliable.

Am I frequent shopping list I seem to either have a starting or connecting flight at the airport it's always cleaned but I always wonder where they find the employees to work at the stores? some of them are not very approachable I only paid attention for my flight was held over. The bathrooms could use a little bit more monitoring.

Clean environment, hourly parking was 4$. Could use some better directions making it from terminal to elevators!

Nice air port. Staff a bit too enthusiastic about their job. Gates a bit far from security checks. So take note and give enough time to walk down.

Definitely one of the better airports in the US. Truly international - unlike many "international" airports that only fly one flight to like Canada per month! - the airport is well maintained and well managed. It is very approachable - being near several highways. Best thing is, even Maryland's public train lines run past it. Makes for easy travel to Washington DC or to Baltimore - esp. if you're an international traveler on a budget.

The absolute GO TO airport for any travel plans. Even better if you fly southwest. It is really clear to everyone who goes there that Southwest is the favored airline. The staff are all so friendly and the food there just blew my expectations for an airport!!! Will ALWAYS go there for traveling.

Entered with low expectations, left very satisfied!The food was great! Eggs, delicious. Tamales pretty spot-on. The refried beans were really good, and it's not often that I wish the serving was a bit bigger. Service was prompt and polite.

Very Clean, this Airport has a Knack for Organization . I love it for the simple fact that when your flying through here there are stores for your conveniece and polite customers services an no Confusion... just get here by 3 if your flight is at 6am.

Love Maryland even though we moved to North Carolina and always used Southwest Airlines to see my Mom . I just wish that you can get Lyft ride without going upstairs.

Security is efficient, plenty of food options, lots of power outlets.

Very well build for everything so easy and convenient. Decent food selections. Easy security checks, doesn’t take long to get to most gates. Good amount of long term parking and shuttle frequency.

I was pleasantly surprised at the great selection of restaurants and food choices. My wife liked the vegan restaurant my 1st time and coming back we eat mostly at a crab restaurant. The look and feel of this Southwest hub here is fresh new and the inspiring.

Great airport so far. Few issues. I use it frequently. Usually clean. Usually quick. Layout could have been designed better. Staff could be a little more helpful and friendly.

User friendly and easy airport. However, the rental shuttle needs to run much more frequently. Long waits to/from car rental facility.

THE FOOD IS AMAZING THERE ALSO IS A LITTLE PLAT AREA FOR 6 AND UNDER AND ITS NOT TOO BUSY AT THR EARLY MORNING

My favorite airport to use. Everything always runs smooth. Like all airports TSA agents can be cranky and the lines to check baggage aren't the quickest but my flight always leaves on time, if not early and there's never an issue of no gate when landing. The walk to customs upon landing internationally is quite a distance but the customs agents move quickly.

Great Service and a great airport that we all love here in Baltimore.

I liked this airport. It was nice inside and staff were friendly. It helps that it’s right around the corner as well. In March i will be going to Aspen Colorado and I hope to use BWI.

very clean, food court in southwest terminal was crowded during our layover, wonderful landing approach during late afternoon-sunset.

A fine airport. It excels in many ways. Its baggage handlers excel in how long it takes them to get your bags from the plane onto the baggage carousel. Seriously, this place has the world's slowest baggage handlers. And it's not even that big of an airport.

The officers were doing everything they could to keep the traffic flowing.It is almost a losing battle. It does seem like alot of good planning has gone into the layout of this airport.

Love this airport, but one of the downsides is if you have a layover and arrive at E gates from an international flight and your next flight is C gates. You will have exit security, then go through TSA all over again.

The flight attendants and the staff was wonderful I enjoyed my flight from Norfolk to Baltimore and the changeover was really easy comfortable and for all you laptop users and computers they have more than tons of places to charge up your phones and take care of your neat I need a restroom facilities food snacks vendors great please. Just to name my Courier Southwest Airlines traveling from Logan turn off Norfolk to Logan everything was great are people are very much on top of everything

Honestly this airport is just like many out there but they have a special person on their team I’d like to thank for making my stay here so special. Lavern, one of the ladies that helps make this airport as spotless as it is is an amazing asset to their team. I spoke with her today for about 10 minutes and she was a breath of fresh air to talk to. BWI should count their lucky stars to have had such an amazing worker and all star woman on their team for the past ten years. Shout out to Lavern for being who she is and giving everyone smiles!

Pretty nice international airport conveniently located near Baltimore. Traffic can build up pretty easily on 295 and 195 and create a longer trip to the airport than estimated so leave early if traveling during rush hour or holidays. Southwest's hub so that's a big plus in my book 👍🏼

Was my first time in this airport. Things looked very nice and a wide variety of options for food and drink while I waited during my layover.

Airport was pretty clean. No issues. Southwest Airlines is THE BEST! The pilot was funny, the attendants were very helpful. Enjoyed my flight. 2 FREE bags under 50lbs. KEEP IT UP!Sadly... Supershuttle doesn't drop off nor pick up here any longer.

Its practically empry at this time of morning no lines or long wait. Food is fresh, staff is pretty friendly

I love this airport. You can walk between all the terminals without exiting and going back through TSA which is appreciated if you’re nervous about missing flights. They have an excellent choice of food and it’s clean. Next time I come through and have a long lay over, I am going to try the gym they have in the terminal.

Easy to navigate. Baltimore style food options, DD, and Starbucks make the wait for your flight easier.

The lines are sometimes not that long, even when they are they appear to be efficient for bag checking and security checkpoints. The food is great. I flew British airways, they allowed me to have as much vodka as I want, and there were entertainment systems

Nice, clean airport with better than friendly staff and attendants to cater to your traveling needs. Some of the vendors though could benefit from customer service training. They were often rude and unwilling to make passengers feel respected.Overall, a great experience.

Now in Deleware. I take the drive to this airport to fly out! It's a bit more relaxed. Most people are pleasant and so far haven't had any issues.

Clean, great food selection. Only caveat is the location of the rental car plaza.

My hometown airport so I fly in and out of here frequently over the years. Have never had any issues. Some nice perks is that it has good restaurant selection, not massive that you need to take trains/shuttles in between terminals. Staff is friendly. Flights are on time for the most part. Could use more outlets for charging throughout the terminals though.

Small and not so organized. Airport staff can tell conflicting messages. Prefer Dulles despite the distance because staff more helpful. Duty free lacking.

This is a very clean and efficient airport. The check in lines are rarely crowded during normal season. During the holidays it can become quite busy and because it is a smaller airport the wait times can be long. They have a great variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. The shuttles run consistently and on time, with all the different modes of transportation you can get anywhere in the DC/Baltimore area fairly quick and inexpensive.

Nice airport with a bunch of restaurant options. Our layover was a couple of hours so we walked around and we’re surprised to see so many food options. Their central area was filled with restaurants and shops so we eat there and hung out for a while. The perfect airport to have a layover at!
